Women's Flag Football (5 v 5)

Ottawa Women's Football is now offering flag football. Flag is a fast growing sport offering women the opportunity to compete in local leagues and tournaments, provincial competitions, national and international events.

All skill levels are welcome to join. Registration will be on an individual basis, but if signing up as a team, please indicate your team name during registration.
