- Length of tryouts are 60 mins and between 5:30pm - 9:30pm

Ottawa Women's Football is presenting a competitive Elite Program which aims to provide players the opportunity to play organized flag football while discovering the importance of sportsmanship and teamwork, creating new friends and learning new skills. Players selected to play on the Elite team(s) will be traveling to compete at tournaments. Tryouts will include an evaluation of the players athleticism and football skills.
We will provide a safe environment for all players to learn and grow, while developing fundamentals of the sport to stay active for life! OWF's Elite program is open to U14, U16, U18, and U20 age groups.
