  • Girls age groups (U16, U18)
  • Male age groups (U14, U16)

Ottawa Women's Football is presenting year 2 of our competitive Elite Program. 

Our program aims to provide players the opportunity to play organized flag football while discovering the importance of sportsmanship and teamwork, creating new friends and learning new skills. Players selected to play on the Elite team(s) will be traveling to compete at tournaments. Tryouts will include an evaluation of the players athleticism and football skills.  

Note: Teams are selected after we finish our tryouts.

Hawks Season (Season Length February - August) Overview:
Weekly
  • Field practice/1 night a week
  • Dry land training - 10 session
  • Depending on age group: Scrimmages or League game in our women's league/1 night of the week
  • Travel to multiple tournaments throughout the season length.

We will provide a safe environment for all players to learn and grow, while developing fundamentals of the sport to stay active for life! OWF's Elite  program is open to U14, U16 (Girls & Boys), U18, 18 (Girls only) age groups.
