As an organization, we are dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants who love the game. We understand the importance of safety and inclusivity in the sport, whish is why we prioritize that everyone is insured when participating in our programs. We believe that every player should have peace of mind knowing that they are protected.

How to register for insurance?

During registration, information entered is shared to insure participants are insured for our programs. See below; 

Full Name, Phone Number, Date of Birth, Email, Address, Gender, Designation (player, coach), Discipline (tackle, flag or touch), and Association.  

Reporting Incidents and Forms

• Please contact OWF for more information. We will provide you with the correct forms and guide you through the process.
