Headgear Cleaning Instructions
X7 HEADGEAR
OUTER & INNER SHELL
Wipe clean with a damp microfiber cloth dipped in plain water or water with a mild cleaning detergent solution if very dirty (if using a mild cleaning detergent wipe over a final time with a microfiber cloth dampened with water only to ensure all cleaning detergent is removed from headgear)
INNER PADS & CHIN STRAP
Periodically detach inner pads and chin strap from X7 and rinse or hand wash in cold water using mild cleaning detergent leaving to dry before re-fitting (always perform a final rinse if using detergent to ensure all cleaning detergent is rinsed off)
X11 & X7c HEADBANDS
Wipe the 4 outer pads clean with a damp microfiber cloth dipped in plain water or water with a mild cleaning detergent solution if very dirty (if using a mild cleaning detergent wipe over a final time with a microfiber cloth dampened with water only to ensure all cleaning detergent is removed from headgear).
Periodically hand wash in cold water with mild cleaning detergent performing a final rinse to ensure all cleaning detergent is rinsed off and then hang to dry before wearing.

All SYZMIK products are warranted against material and manufacturer defects for a 12 month period after the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid with proof of purchase. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear. MORE INFO
HEADGEAR WARNING
No headgear or helmet can prevent all head or any neck injuries a player may receive while participating in sports. Immediately report any dizziness, blurred vision or nausea to an official, coach, trainer or parent. Do not return to play until all symptoms are gone and you gain medical clearance. Ignoring these warnings could result in more serious brain injury and could lead to lifetime impairment. The safety performance of any SYZMIK headgear will be significantly reduced and compromised when modified or not fitted correctly. Always ensure headgear is correctly fitted before wearing.

In addition to recognizing the huge demand for new head protection with the goal of lowering the risk of concussion football, we understand the value of choice.
The SYZMIK team have invested significant time interviewing hundreds of athletes who play football - including Flag and 7v7 - from youth to professional and we learned that athletes want choice. Specifically, the option to choose either a full coverage headgear like the X7 Soft Shell or a protective headband depending on personal preference, hair style, competitive situation, competition requirements and/or level of play intensity.
Designed to help with incidental head impacts (both linear and rotational) in Flag Football, 7v7 football and non-tackle football the X7c offers athletes a protective headband that combines a 5 star rating by Virginia Tech with world class construction and an impressive look.

Weighing just 95g / 3.4oz the X7c is ultra lightweight offering athletes compete comfort and freedom.
Each X7c is assembled using ultrasonic welding to bond the patented materials via heat generated from high-frequency mechanical motion. This complex process means unlike the headbands that are available from other brands that are textile based with stitching the X7c has no stitching resulting in a super strong bond that is built to last for many seasons of use.
The X7c is offered in five sizes (XS, S, M, L & XL) to fit head circumferences from youth to adult. A correctly fitted X7c will provide a precision fit enabling the inner anti-slip stripes to keep the headband in the perfect position during use. X7c’s inner comfort liner offers a breathable, sweat wicking interior.
