Warranty, Exchanges And Return Policy

General

• Ottawa Women’s Football (OWF) commits to facilities and resources once registration numbers are determined. These expenses are not recoverable if a member withdraws.
• This policy only applies to registration fees paid to OWF.
• Insurance is non-refundable
• OWF is not responsible for any money paid to a team within the organization for things above the cost of registration; such as team jerseys, team footballs, etc.
• Refund requests must be made in writing to ottawawomensfootball@gmail.com by the individual who paid the fee(s). Refunds requested in person will not be processed.
• Deductions from refunds will include; administration fees, processing fees, and program clothing costs (ex. NFL flag jerseys).
• The amounts of any refund will be at the discretion of OWF.

Programs - Return Policy

• No refunds will be approved once registration is closed or full. Registration can be transferred to a player or team on a waitlist if registration is full.
• No refunds will be issued if a player / team is suspended or kicked out of the league. 
• Insurance is non refundable
• A refund will be issued if OWF is unable to fill an event.
• No refunds will be issued for injuries during tournaments or league. 
• No refunds will be issued for tryout fees. 
• No refunds will be issued if a birthdate has been modified to be able to participate in an event.  

Syzmik - Warranty, Exchanges & Return Policy

Exchanges & Return

We understand customers can change their mind, it's OK! Any SYZMIK Headgear purchase can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of the purchase date when a receipt is available and the products being returned are in the original packaging and unused on a field of play.  For returns please click contact us. Note: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

 

 

No refunds on SYZMIK mouth guards.

Warranty

All SYZMIK products are warranted against material and manufacturer defects for a 12 month period after the date of purchase.  This warranty is only valid with proof of purchase.  This warranty does not include normal wear and tear.

This Limited Warranty’s coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer your SYZMIK product. If your product develops a defect in material or workmanship within ONE YEAR from the date of purchase, return the product to SYZMIK with proof of purchase. We will exchange it for an identical product at no charge, except for the cost of returning the product to SYZMIK.

SYZMIK will not provide you a replacement product if the product that you return shows evidence that the product has been tampered with, misused, abused or altered.
