INSURANCE: All participants must have their own player insurance. If insurance is required, we can help setup at an additional cost.

PLAYER ID: ID checks in will take place at the field before the first game. All players and coaches will be required to produce ID to match the roster. Those unable to produce ID will not be allowed on the field.
